Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.

The hat needs to be unworn and unwashed with tags still on, in the packaging it came in. Keep your order confirmation.

Email us to start one and we will send a return label and tell you where to send it. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us, because packages that show up unannounced cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Wrong color, wrong hat, changed your mind on which photograph you wanted: start a return on the one you have and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get the right one in your hands.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have looked at it, we will email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank usually adds a few days on top of that.

If it has been more than fifteen business days since we approved it and you still do not see it, email us.

Damaged or wrong

Check your order when it shows up. If something arrived damaged, defective, or it is not what you ordered, email us right away and we will make it right.

One size fits most. Every trucker in the line is an adjustable snapback. There is no small or large to choose between.

Flat brims

The Pinedale and Jackson flat brims are Richardson flat brim snapbacks. Same one size adjustable closure, flat brim instead of curved.

Sweatshirts

They are not pre-washed and will shrink about one size. Order one size up.

Youth hats run the same photographs on a smaller crown, with the same adjustable closure as the adult version.
